Training objective

To provide the student with the mandatory knowledge and the required managerial, pedagogic and psychologic tools to supervise a team of flight attendants under the command of the captain for the realization of safe, efficient and pleasant flights.

2 years of exercise as flight attendant

Program

As approved by cameroon Civil aviation authority, including :
• Fonctional organisation
• Role and duty of the purser
• Operational procedures
• Practical multimedia exercises

Training duration

• 21 hours
• 3-4 days

Seating

4 minimum - 14 maximum

Training curriculum

• Classroom theoretical courses
• Roleplay and simulations
• Practical multimedia exercises

Training graduation

• Certificate of completion
• Video copy of the presentation of a briefing by the student

Training location

• SFA-Africa Douala, Cameroon
• Course on airline premises ( on request)
